Today I had another amazing experience w Miss Keiko.
I have currently decided to use her as my regular massage therapist because of her skill and healing power.
It has been an extraordinary chance to meet someone with this level of skill training and talent,,,  in America or Europe someone with her ability would be exclusively expensive, but because we are in Thailand I can afford her treatments.
Far different to the regular Thai massages , Keiko's massage has the ability to unblock very old traumas from the past and to release pain and stored up old negative energy, therefore her massage has been life transforming.
I have been able to let go of old fears and bad habits that were dragging my life down. by changing my body state she has allowed the release of very ingrained and crippling habits, thoughts and behaviors.
I have been able to move on from negative relationships and find much more self reliant, strong way to live.
 She has really mapped out the healing path in my body, and the energy shifts follow through.  It's an amazing experience.

I feel that i understand a little bit why....

We met. I spent 6 weeks in CM at schools, not really connecting with anyone. And yet i pushed myself out of the cocoon and tried to remain opened and vulnerable to all. I usually drift in cocoon mood easily but more and more, am being pushed out of it. And then meeting you on the last day, fully sharing yourself,, out of your cocoon, was so healing, like a fresh spring in the desert finally meeting a little tree trying to grow.
To crown it all, we had to get you  to immerge from a real and yet metaphorical silk cocoon...i dont know how much you can understand but i know that something very beautiful was unsealed in me, you took me there and i am staying out in the open.. Staying out in the open and not disconnecting anymore.

Whether we meet again or not, we have been together all along, i just didnt know. Sparkle by sparkle, we are rebuilding the bridge to moonlight.

Blind deaf dumb Anna found another heart beat.
Life has become a soaring metaphor and you, my friend, are about to expend your vocabulary.

アジア長旅の最後に三回受けに来て下さいました。

限界まで疲れると、気持ち悪くなるのですが、受けると毎回気持ち悪いのがなくなるので、毎回それを期待して来ています。

子宮に戻って「光」に包まれマッサージされ、また新しく生まれ変わってこの世に出てくる感じ。

一昨日はほんとうにどうもありがとうございました！
体の調子はとてもいいし、エネルギーがみなぎっているのがわかります。
心の壁も少し解けているみたいで、軽くてとても楽です。

先月は、ありがとうございました。

今月の生理が終わりその報告をします。

一日目の腹痛は、少しありました。その為薬をとりあえず飲みました。

いつもなら、薬の効き目が薄くなるとまた痛くなったのですが、

こんかいはその一回薬を飲むことだけでおさまったような気がします。

ベットで寝なくてはならないほどではなかったです。

４日間で終わりました。

いつも生理前は、何日か前に茶色のおりものがありますが、

今回はそれがなかったと思います。

あのあと負の感情が出てきて『うっわ～どうしよう(ToT)』という感じだったんですが、『あ、コレにとらわれるとパニックとかになるパターンだ！ただ感じて流そう！』と決意したらアッサリなくなりました(笑)

池の水が掻き回されて底の泥が舞い上がり、あるがままに任せたから、反対に水の汚れが浄化されたような感じです。

あれから数日後、霧が晴れたような、とても視界がクリアになった感じがしました！
体が軽くなったので、運動したくなり6年ぶりにヨガをやり始めました。
施術を受ける前は、ヒロコさんから話を聞いてたこともあり、あれとあれを手放したーい！と思ってたのですが、終わって見たら、もっと大きく見れるようになりました。手放したいと思ってたことも、消し去らなくていいというか、とらわれなくていい、という感じです。
そんな風に思ったこともなかったので、時間が経てば経つほどおもしろいなあ、と思ってます。
本当に貴重な経験をありがとうございました。

                                                                                                                               実は彼が「痩せた？」と聞くので体重は反対に増えてるんだけどなぁ、と答えると「お腹がぺたんこで別人みたい（失礼？）だよ！」言っていました！
お腹のマッサージには痩身効果もあったんですね！くびれも少しできたようです〜。
